Why I'm Doing This
I've spent over 30 years in recruitment, and I read hundreds of CVs a year. Most of them are let down by small, fixable things — not a lack of talent.
I started offering free reviews because I genuinely enjoy helping people put their best foot forward, and because it means I get to meet good people before they're on the market. No forms to sign, no fees, no pressure. Just feedback, from someone who sees what actually gets shortlisted.

If it turns out we're a good fit to work together, I'm happy to go further — a full rewrite, and ongoing support while you're job hunting (staying in touch, prepping for interviews, talking things through). Entirely optional, and there's no set process or timeline — just support as and when it's useful.

Just so we're clear
We're not doing this out of pure charity — we're a recruitment business, and if we're able to create an opportunity and place you, fantastic. Over 30 years we've built a network that gives us access to roles that are never publicly advertised, and that's where the majority of our placements actually come from. If it doesn't work out that way for you, we'd simply hope you'd think of us — and mention us to a friend, family member, or colleague — down the line.

My particular strength is professional services and senior or executive-level recruitment — though that same eye for what makes a strong CV comes from years also spent working across manufacturing and engineering.
